Cancellation and Refund Policy–Retreats and Journeys

Your payment, excluding deposit and handling fee, will be refunded if you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to start date. Reservations, excluding deposit and handling fee, canceled 60 days or less and more than 30 days prior to start date will receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled 30 days or less prior to start date are non-refundable.

Program Participants Notice

Participants understand that all programs, retreats, and journeys with Mana will be recorded for use by Divine Light Sanctuary. Some programs will be captured digitally or videotaped. Anyone participating in Divine Light Sanctuary activities may end up being photographed. If any participant wishes not to be photographed or not to be featured in a photo or video displayed on this website, please notify Divine Light Sanctuary in writing.
